Raspberry Rhubarb Truffles
These seasonal beauties are hard to beat. Our farmstead goat milk is cooked with a bit of honey, organic dark chocolate, Rhubarb Blush Wine from our friends at Putney Mountain Winery and a rich raspberry puree for a silky and subtle chocolate truffle. Delicious with a glass of rose, as an after dinner treat or with your morning cuppa (why not!?).
